Step 1 - First of all go to the Twitter Official Website.

Step 2 - If you don't have Twitter account, then first of all created your account using Email address. And if you've an account then simply enter your email / username and password and Log In to your Twitter account for creating Twitter Feeds Widget for Website.

Step 3 - After successfully Log In to your account, click on the upper right corner button just side a Tweet button , and a list open, simply go to the "Setting" link.

Step 4 - After go to the "Setting" tab, from the left sidebar options finds out the "Widget" link and click on it , and go to the developer page for creating this widget.

Step 5 - Here you'll see the option "Create New" simply click on it and create your first widget using Twitter feeds .

Step 6 - Now here you'll see the different options, first of all write your "Twitter Username" which feeds you want to display to your blog or website. Then fixed the widget height which is by default 600px. Select themes, link colors  and simply click on the "Create Widget" button.

Step 7 - Now a code will be generated, you can simply copy this code and adding it anywhere into your website or blog. But here i'm only show you to add this widget into your blogger blogs.

Step 1 - Now simply go to the Blogger.com website.

Step 2 - Go to your blogger dashboard and select your blog. Then go to the blog "Layout" options.

Step 3 - Select where you want to display this blogger widget. Simply click on "Add a Gadget" link.

Step 4 - A list will open, select from them a "HTML/JavaScript" gadget .

Step 5 - A box open, now copy above Twitter Feed Plugin code and paste into this box and click on "Save" button. 

Now you've done it. Now check your blog and it will display a list of your recent twitter feeds . You can display it in the sidebar option, and also where you want inside posts or any pages of your blog.
