How to Create Labels for Free with Labeley
Step #1 – Go to Labeley’s main page: http://labeley.com/
Step #2 – Click on the “Start Designing” button and choose the type of label you want to create: General, Beer, Wine or Kids label.
Step #3 – Now, on the right side you’ll see different design features. First click on the Shape and choose the shape you like. Then do the same with Borders, Background, and Graphic.
Explore each option for best results. Also note that there are two arrows in the software that can help you resize and reposition your graphics (illustrations).Step #4 – Click on Text, and then on the green Create Text button. A list of fonts will appear. Click on each font to preview it, and then choose the one you like. Then write what you want in the “Enter text here” field.
You can change your text’s color, make the font italic or bold, center it in the middle of your label or reposition it and resize it using the arrows for that purpose.
If you need to add more text, but you want it in a different place and in different font that the previous text, just click on Create Text again and enter the new text in the empty field. So here is what we created in this tutorial:
If you want to completely personalize your label, you can click on the Upload option and upload any image you want from your computer. You don’t have to use the illustrations provided by Labeley.
