Step 1 – First of all go to blogger.com site and sign in to your account.

Step 2 – Now select your blog and go to “Setting” option in the left sidebar, and then click on the “Custom Page Not Found” and click on “Edit” link.

Step 3 – Copy below code and paste it into the box.

This feature only valid with blogger default templates, but if you use some custom blogger templates then many times this is not working. 

You can change and customize this page as you want simply, change the Homepage red color URL with your blog URL and change the Contact page with your own.
